This policy covers the PassbyClub website and waitlist at passbyclub.com. The PassbyClub app is not released yet. It will have its own privacy policy, published before launch, that explains how it handles location data.

Who we are

PassbyClub is run by an independent developer based in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@passbyclub.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Your city, if you choose to give it.
• A referral tag, if you came from a link that has one (for example ?ref=tiktok).
• The date and time you signed up.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. Our font is hosted on our own site, so loading the page doesn’t send your details to a font service.

Why we collect it

We use it to email you about PassbyClub’s launch and to work out which cities to launch in first. We collect it only because you agree to it by joining the waitlist (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We will never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

• Supabase stores the waitlist database.
• Vercel hosts the website.

These providers may process data outside the UK under standard data-protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until PassbyClub launches in your area, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If PassbyClub never launches, we delete the waitlist.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@passbyclub.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Age

PassbyClub is for people aged 18 and over. Please don’t join the waitlist if you’re under 18.
